All our pork is sourced locally from the Hunter family, Orchard House Farm nr. Penrith.

None. Expertly cut and packed on a site where nuts are used.

Pork, curing solution (water, salt, brown sugar, emulsifier E450(i,iii) E451(i),E452(i), preservative E252, E251, antioxidant E301, yeast extract, stabiliser E412).
