Dry Cured Streaky Bacon

A delicately flavoured bacon, dry cured by our Master Butchers the traditional way.
All our pork is supplied by the Hunter family, Orchard House Farm nr Penrith.

Pack sizes:
Available in a(500g) pack and a larger 1.4 Kg pack. There are approximately 20-24 slices per 500g pack depending on the thickness.

Allergens:
None. Produced on a site where nuts are used.

Ingredients:
Pork, Curing Rub (salt, preservatives E252, E250), demarara sugar.
