Dry cured in house the traditional way with a simple salt and sugar rub.All our pork is supplied by the Hunter Family, Orchard House Farm nr Penrith.

None. Produced on a site where nuts are used.

Pork, Curing Rub (salt, preservatives E252, E250), demarara sugar.
